Josh Krantz joined Binswanger in 2026 with 40 years of commercial real estate experience spanning industrial, retail, and mixed-use properties across the United States.

Based in Ridgewood, NJ, Krantz focuses on industrial owner and occupier representation, investment sales, and strategic leasing assignments, leveraging Binswanger’s national platform and research-driven advisory approach to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

Throughout his career, Krantz has developed deep expertise across sales, leasing, ground-up development, redevelopment, brokerage, court receivership, and asset management. He has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of more than 300 single-tenant industrial and freestanding retail properties nationwide, advising both institutional and private clients.

Prior to joining Binswanger, Krantz founded and operated National Property Associates, Inc., a national investment brokerage firm. Over more than three decades, he successfully negotiated lease and sale transactions, advised owners and tenants, and repositioned shopping centers and investment properties across 46 states.

Some of Krantz’s most notable assignments include the redevelopment of a 250,000-square-foot shopping center in Harrisburg, PA, the liquidation of two Dillard’s department stores in Waco and Midland, TX, and the leasing of 100,000-plus-square-foot industrial warehouses in multiple markets nationwide. In recent years, he has also completed the sale of four industrial warehouse properties in Clifton, NJ, further strengthening his local market presence.

Krantz previously served as Senior Vice President at Lee & Associates – New Jersey from 2018 to 2025 and as Director of Leasing and Redevelopment at MCB Real Estate LLC in Baltimore, MD. Earlier in his career, he held Director of Real Estate roles at Kin Properties, Inc. and Rosenshein Associates.

At Binswanger, Krantz will continue to advise owners, occupiers, and investors with a hands-on, transaction-driven approach, combining decades of market knowledge with the firm’s national research and execution capabilities.
