Mary Pederson joined the Binswanger team in the Minneapolis, Minnesota office in November of 2013 as Office Manager. Currently, she assists several brokers across the country with marketing, research, project management and client services, as well as our corporate office with special projects.

With over 35 years of experience as an administrative and marketing professional, her past 13 years have been in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to coming to Binswanger she held positions with CBRE in Global Corporate Services, Client Accounting Services and Property Management.

Mrs. Pederson attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and the University of Minnesota. Most recently, she earned a Certified Professional Project Management certificate (CPPM) from the University of St. Thomas.
