Paige Ackerman joined Binswanger in 2024 and is based in the company’s Philadelphia office. As Operations Coordinator, she works closely with the COO and General Counsel, handling a variety of operational and legal responsibilities, including managing contracts and agreements. Paige’s strong analytical skills as well as her ability to streamline processes and ensure compliance is a key asset to the firm’s day-to-day operations.

Before joining Binswanger, she held a Senior Operations Manager position at DASMEN Residential, a multifamily real estate investment and management firm. There, Paige focused on property enhancement, compliance, and risk management, ensuring adherence to local regulations and improving property performance through data-driven solutions. She also spearheaded vendor management efforts, negotiating contracts and fostering collaborative relationships to optimize services.

Additionally, Paige brings valuable sales and client relations experience from her time as a Sales Specialist at BentoBox, a marketing and commerce platform for the hospitality industry. In this role, she collaborated with management to deeply understand product components, enabling her to evaluate and tailor payment plans for potential clients effectively.

Paige holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island and is a licensed Notary Public in New Jersey. In her free time, Paige enjoys hiking, trying out new restaurants, and spending her summers on the beach at her family home in Harvey Cedars, NJ.
