Stephanie Spiegel brings more than a decade of experience in construction project management to her role as Project Manager. With a strong track record of successfully delivering complex tenant interior fit-outs, commercial renovations, and government-sector buildouts, she combines technical expertise with strategic oversight to drive projects from concept through completion.

Before joining Binswanger, Stephanie held project management roles at leading firms including Pizzano Contractors, Ferguson Enterprises, HITT Contracting, and Lendlease. Her project portfolio includes high-profile assignments such as DOJ and DOD tenant fit-outs, smart residential systems for executive clients, and large-scale infrastructure upgrades for wastewater treatment facilities. Known for her ability to manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations, Stephanie is deeply skilled in Procore, blueprint reading, and cross-functional team leadership.

Stephanie earned her BFA in Graphic Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art and also studied Spanish Language and Literature at Johns Hopkins University. She brings a creative edge and a detail-oriented mindset to every project, making her a dynamic asset to the Binswanger team.
