Timothy Pennington joined Binswanger in 2016 as a Vice President working on projects in Delaware and Pennsylvania, with a focus on northern Montgomery, Bucks, and Berks Counties, and the Lehigh Valley region. With 15 years of experience in industrial real estate across Pennsylvania and New York, he possesses a vast knowledge and expertise in all facets of commercial brokerage including, tenant and landlord representation, buyer and seller representation, and stabilized investment transactions.

Tim has represented a broad range of clients including: representing Wise Snacks in the lease of a 250,000 SF warehouse distribution facility in Wilkes Barre, PA; Prologis in the leasing of 1157 & 1091 Arnold Road, totaling 350,000 SF in Reading, PA; Ryder Truck in leasing 100,000 SF of warehouse space in Douglassville, PA; Velocity Ventures in its acquisition of 1180 Church Road, a 452,000 SF flex facility in Lansdale, PA; Kohler in its subleasing of 500,000 SF in Carlisle, PA; Vimco in the disposition of its 160,000 SF manufacturing facility in King of Prussia, PA; Upper North’s acquisition of the Bally Brook Industrial Park, a 450,000 SF multi-tenant investment property in Bally, PA; A former 111,451 SF Johnson & Johnson research and development facility in West Chester, PA; Mickey Truck Body’s disposition of its 160,000 SF facility on Berwick, PA; Great Dane’s acquisition of a 334,000 SF manufacturing facility in Elysburg, PA.

Before joining Binswanger, Tim was a Director of the Industrial Real Estate Team at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. While at NGKF, he facilitated over 25 million sq. ft. of deals and was nationally recognized as a “Rising Star” in 2015.

Tim holds a degree in both Finance and Real Estate from Temple University.
